We Are

HIRING

Love making a difference and want to work somewhere that truly values you? If you’re all about learning, laughing, and lifting others up — come join the fun! We can’t wait to meet you!

In return we can offer:

  • A role that is built around your passions and interests

  • Full-time, part-time or custom-fit — we’ll work with your life, not against it

  • Realistic KPIs (up to a maximum of 5.5 billable hours per day pending experience) with lots of time to build up and settle in

  • Loads of autonomy, backed by genuine clinical support and a connected, collaborative team with over 48 years of clinical experience.

  • Regular supervision and mentoring with an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist when and how you want it.

  • Education and modelling on how to write quality reports and provide client-led neuro-affirming evidence-based therapy

  • Realistic KPIs that promote work/life balance that are based on experience rather than profit

  • Flexible working conditions - work the hours and from the location that suits you and your family!

  • The opportunity to rotate into different clinical areas

  • CPD allowance to build you professional career and access to evidence-based resources and training

  • Laptop and Phone and Km Allowance

  • Birthday Leave

  • Remuneration based on experience

A few things to know up front (because transparency matters to us):

  • We’re a mix of mobile, clinic, and community-based OT - and exciting news: we’re packing up our current digs in Bankstown and heading to a bigger, better space in Padstow come September 2025! 🎉

  • We’re still a small (but mighty!) team, and we’re growing. This isn’t some giant corporate machine: you’re not stepping into a finished product - you’re helping launch something that matters and  helping shape the future of Enable Me Occupational Therapy. Your ideas and your voice part of what we build together.

  • We lead with values and deliver with integrity. We’ve turned down referrals that didn’t feel right - including ones that asked us to “bend” the truth in reports. That’s just not our style. We don’t fudge the facts, and we won’t ask you to either.

  • We care about you and your well-being, not just numbers. That means achievable KPIs, time to reflect, and space to do work that actually feels meaningful - not frantic. We’ve got your back to be thoughtful, not just fast.

  • We’re all about honesty - mutual honesty. If something’s not working, we talk it out. Need more support? We’ll make room. Got big goals? Let’s hear them. Hate one of our systems? Let’s fix it together.
