Our NDIS Services include: NDIS Access Requests & Supporting Evidence We support people of all ages and their families through the NDIS Access process with clear, thorough, and strengths-based documentation. Our reports describe functional impact in real-world contexts, using language that reflects participation, support needs, and environmental barriers — not deficit-based labels. We take the time to understand the person behind the report and ensure their lived experience is accurately represented. Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA)​ We complete comprehensive Functional Capacity Assessments that reflect the person’s true support needs across environments. Our FCAs are: - Contextual and participation-focused - Aligned with ICF domains and NDIS language - Clear, respectful, and planner-ready We prioritise accuracy over minimisation, ensuring reports meaningfully support funding decisions and long-term planning. Capacity Building Capacity building focuses on supporting skills, confidence, and participation in ways that honour autonomy and individuality. This may include: - Daily living and self-care participation - Emotional regulation and co-regulation supports - Sensory processing and environmental adaptations - Executive functioning and routines - Community participation and transitions We work collaboratively, at the person’s pace, using their interests and strengths as the foundation for growth — not compliance or behaviour change.
